Tokens Usage
Gives professors a clear view of their available token balance, daily usage and recent transactions. The experience makes it easy to understand how tokens are being consumed and keep track of the remaining balance for future milk bookings.
Booking Activity
Keeps a clear record of milk bookings with details such as booking dates, delivery slots and status. Professors can quickly review their upcoming and previous orders, making it easier to track their daily milk requirements and booking history.
Delivery Orders
Gives vendors a clear view of daily milk deliveries, with customer details, quantities, delivery dates and order status in one workflow. Status indicators and delivery actions help vendors identify pending orders, confirm completed deliveries and manage daily distribution efficiently.
Manage Tokens
Helps vendors manage professor token balances, assigned quantities and token activity across their accounts. Transaction records make it easier to track token additions, usage and remaining balances while keeping vendor operations connected to individual users.

Overview
Daily Dairy is an internal milk booking platform built for professors to manage their daily milk requirements and for vendors to efficiently manage orders and deliveries. The product consists of a simple mobile experience for booking milk, tracking tokens, and viewing activity, alongside a web-based admin dashboard that gives vendors centralized control over orders, delivery schedules, users, and token management. The design focused on keeping the everyday booking experience simple while making the operational side structured and manageable.
Key Challenge
Connect two distinct experiences for Quarters Professors and Milk vendors within one system. The challenge was to simplify everyday milk booking while keeping Their tokens, total orders, overall deliveries and vendor operations connected and manageable.
Milk booking
The mobile experience is designed around the everyday needs of professors, making it easy to check their milk balance, place bookings, and keep track of previous orders. The experience keeps the most important information and actions close at hand, allowing users to manage their milk requirements without navigating through a complex workflow.
Tokens & Activity
The token system provides users with a clear view of their available balance and how their tokens are being used. The activity and transaction views give users a simple history of their milk consumption, showing dates, token usage, and the corresponding quantity of milk delivered. This creates transparency around their daily usage and remaining balance.
Delivery Orders
The delivery view helps vendors organize daily milk distribution by date and time slot. Each order provides important information such as the quarter, professor, contact details, quantity, booking date, and delivery status. Pending and completed orders are clearly differentiated, allowing vendors to quickly understand what needs attention and update orders as deliveries progress.
Manage Tokens
The token management system gives vendors control over the token balances associated with professors. Administrators can view users, their assigned quarters, current balances, and add tokens when required. The transaction and activity records also provide a traceable view of token additions and usage, connecting the administrative side with the user's mobile experience.
